Naveed Khan and the Enkahnz team transformed a school bus into a mobile library for Bradford’s children — and even prepared it for Queen Camilla's visit.
At Enkahnz, customisation doesn’t stop at supercars and luxury SUVs. In one of his most meaningful projects to date, Naveed Khan was entrusted with transforming an American school bus into a fully functional mobile library for the National Literacy Trust Bradford.
The goal was clear: inspire children and families across the city by bringing the joy of books and storytelling directly to their neighbourhoods. Working with his expert team, Nav took the worn-out yellow bus and turned it into a vibrant, welcoming library on wheels — complete with restored interiors, sleek finishes, and a design worthy of its noble mission.
But the story didn’t end there. This very bus was chosen to welcome a royal visitor — Her Majesty Queen Camilla during her visit to Bradford. Nav and the team worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect before the Queen stepped inside. The moment was unforgettable, not only for the Enkahnz crew but for the entire community, as Nav shared a humble and inspiring conversation with the Queen herself.
This project proved that automotive craftsmanship can be about more than performance and luxury — it can create spaces that educate, inspire, and leave a legacy.
