FITTING, PAINT & INSTALLATION

Do you offer fitting for the products you sell?

Yes. We offer professional fitting services at our Enkahnz headquarters in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Please contact us to arrange a booking or get a quote for supply and fit.

Can I have parts painted and colour-coded before fitting?

We don’t offer pre-painted parts for delivery, but we do provide a same-day supply and fit service at our Bradford headquarters, subject to prior booking and vehicle inspection. This ensures a perfect colour match and professional finish.

Is painting included in the price shown on the website?

No, unless clearly stated, painting is not included. Most products are supplied unpainted and will need prepping before installation. Contact us if you’d like a fitted and painted quote.

I’m not local – can I still get parts painted and shipped to me?

We don’t ship painted or pre-finished parts. However, you're welcome to book your vehicle in for our in-house supply and fit service, or arrange collection of unpainted parts if preferred.


Can I install the parts myself or with my local garage?

In many cases, yes. Our products are designed with fitment in mind and include standard mounting points. However, we always recommend professional installation; especially for body kits and painted parts, to ensure the highest quality result.

Do you provide installation instructions?

Some products include fitting guidance. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we can advise based on the product.

What happens if the paint doesn’t match perfectly?

We use manufacturer-supplied colour codes to achieve the closest match possible. However, slight variances can occur due to ageing, resprays, or factory differences. We recommend a full panel blend for a seamless finish.

Can I book in for just painting or just fitting?

Yes, you're welcome to book either service individually. For example, if you've already got a part but just need painting, we can accommodate that. Just reach out for a quote.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Are your body kits genuine or aftermarket?

All Enkahnz body kits are aftermarket products, styled in-house and manufactured to a high standard. They are designed as styling upgrades and are not OEM parts.

Are your products OEM replacements or aftermarket upgrades?

Most of our items are aftermarket upgrades designed to enhance your vehicle's appearance or presence. Some accessories and parts may be OEM-compatible, but they are not OEM-branded components.

Will this product fit my specific vehicle model and year?

Every product listing includes compatibility information. If you're unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please email us with your make, model, year, and VIN if possible; we're happy to help confirm before purchase.

Do your products come painted?

Some products are available pre-painted in gloss black or a standard finish, but custom paint (e.g., body-colour matching) is not included unless specified. We offer a professional paint service on request; please contact us for a quote.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers should contact us before purchase for a delivery quote, especially on larger items such as body kits and wheels.

What’s the average delivery time?

For UK orders:

  • Small items: 1–3 working days
  • Large items: 3–5 working days
  • Custom or painted orders: 7–10 working days

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination. Contact us for an estimated timeframe.



How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email or SMS. If you haven't received tracking after a few days, contact our team.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Yes, but returns due to change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

What if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival?

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your item is faulty or damaged, do not accept delivery—sign it as damaged and contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

TRADE & WHOLESALE

Do you offer trade pricing or wholesale accounts?


Yes. We welcome enquiries from resellers, bodyshops, and trade partners. Visit our Trade Enquiries page or contact us to discuss discounts, minimum order quantities, and pallet rates.

Can I resell Enkahnz products?

Approved trade partners may resell selected Enkahnz products. If you're interested in becoming a stockist or dealer, please email sales@enkahnz.co.uk with your business details.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BACS (for trade orders). All payments are securely processed.

Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t yet been dispatched or painted, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once shipped or painted, changes may not be possible.

Can you customise products further or create bespoke kits?

Yes—Enkahnz has extensive experience in bespoke vehicle styling. For tailored builds or exclusive conversions, please explore our Customisation Services or getin touch to discuss your vision.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but it’s something we’re considering for future releases.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. We welcome walk-ins at our Bradford location. If you’d like to view specific products, please contact us ahead of time to ensure availability.
