SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

1.1 All delivery charges quoted on our website apply to Mainland UK only. This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and other non-mainland areas.

1.2 If you require delivery to a non-mainland UK address, a delivery surcharge will apply. You are responsible for confirming any additional delivery charges prior to placing your order.

Please contact us with your full delivery postcode before purchasing to receive a confirmed delivery quote.

1.3 We do not deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • BFPO / APO / FPO addresses

  • Military mailboxes

1.4 Items will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours of cleared payment being received. Please note this excludes weekends and UK public holidays.

1.5 Larger items may be shipped via a specialist courier service. In such cases:

  • Couriers may only attempt delivery once

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the item will be returned to us

  • A re-delivery charge will apply (approx. £75 for large items), regardless of whether the original shipping was free

A valid contact number must be provided during checkout to prevent delivery issues.


2. RETURNS POLICY

2.1 Change of Mind Returns

2.1.1 You may return items due to change of mind, however:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs

2.1.2 We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for your return. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit.

2.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

2.2.1 If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

  • Inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery

  • Reject and sign as damaged if applicable

  • Email info@enkahnz.co.uk with photos of the issue as soon as possible

2.2.2 Damage claims may only be processed if:

  • The courier has been notified at the point of delivery

  • Postal insurance was selected

  • The item was signed for as damaged

Failure to comply with these steps may void any claims.


3. RETURNS PROCESS

3.1 To initiate a return, contact our Sales Department at info@enkahnz.co.uk to request a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions.

3.2 Once the returned Goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method. All refunds will be made in £ sterling (GBP). Refunds by cheque may be issued if electronic transfer is not possible.

3.3 Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed from the date we receive the returned Goods.

Original delivery charges and return costs are only refundable if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, and previously agreed by our Parts Department in writing.


4. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
